A page is one side of one scanned or uploaded document. One-time onboarding (field configuration, scanner integration, user training and acceptance testing) starts from $1,500 on cloud plans. Scanner hardware is not included. Support runs Sunday to Thursday, UAE time, with a 99.5% availability target. Prices in USD and exclude VAT. Where we are registered, currently the UAE, VAT is added on the invoice.

One side of one scanned or uploaded document. A three-page commercial invoice is three pages; a single-page certificate is one.
Nothing stops. Extra pages are billed at your plan's per-page rate on the next invoice, and if you go over every month we will suggest the plan that costs you less.
Choose a cloud plan if you want nothing to run and costs that follow your volume. Choose Custom if your data must stay inside your own cloud tenancy or network, including air-gapped sites, or your volume is high enough that a flat monthly fee works out cheaper.
