HiveDocs is AI document intelligence from Veehive. It turns operational, admin and compliance documents (scanned images, PDFs and printed records) into clean, structured, searchable data on a web dashboard, so your team stops re-keying paperwork by hand.
Air waybills, commercial invoices, customs and bill of entry (BOE) documents, spare-part release and conformity certificates, packing lists, MRO work orders and admin forms. The fields for each document type are configured with your team during setup.
Yes. HiveDocs runs inside your enterprise cloud tenancy, on your own servers (including air-gapped sites), or fully managed on the Veehive cloud. It posts records to your ERP via API and signs users in through your own identity provider.
Every extracted value carries a confidence score, and rules check formats, totals and required fields. Anything below threshold goes to a reviewer on the dashboard instead of posting silently, so a person sees every value the system is unsure about.
Typically five weeks: kick-off in week 1, configuration and scanner integration in weeks 2 and 3, user acceptance testing and training in week 4, and production go-live in week 5.
On the Veehive cloud, pricing is volume-based: a monthly plan by pages processed, from $1,190 a month, with hosting, OCR, storage and support included. No. Your documents and extracted data stay yours and are never used to train models. Each customer's data is kept separate, and retention is six months by default.
No. HiveDocs integrates with your existing scanner model at go-live, and handheld mobile capture and PDF upload work too. If you need new scanners, we can quote them separately.
